做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
