做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
