做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
