做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
