做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
