做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
