做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
