做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
