做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
