做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
