做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
