做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
