做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
