做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
