做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
