做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
