做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
