做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
