做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
