做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
