做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
